'Frustration building within the club' – Issue at Chelsea with the ‘lack of clarity’

There is reportedly ‘frustration building’ within Chelsea right now over the ‘lack of clarity’ about one issue at the club right now.

As you know, there is going to be a big decision to be made on Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino at the end of this season, with a meeting scheduled for not long after the Bournemouth game on Sunday.

Pochettino is still under a bit of scrutiny at the club despite having a recent uptick in performances and results in the last few games. If they end the season strong, many will believe that he deserves to keep his job as Chelsea head coach, but the future is still going to be unclear until after that meeting has taken place.

And now, according to TEAMtalk, the uncertain future is causing frustration within the club.

Reporter Fraser Fletcher says, ‘there is frustration building within the club at the lack of clarity in regards to his future.’

He also states that a number of clubs, including in the Premier League, are monitoring the situation with Pochettino and are ready to jump in and perhaps offer him a role if he does leave Chelsea this summer, as seen in the post below…

Chelsea need the end of season review

I believe it is correct that Pochettino is under review at Chelsea this summer. Whilst yes, there has been an uptick in performances and results recently. and Chelsea have been much better since the turn of the year, overall Pochettino has coached a very inconsistent Chelsea side and has often not been good enough.

It’s more than fair to have this pre-planned end of season review that will be a chance for both sides of the party to discuss things and see what they want to do going forward. It’s been the plans all season.
